South End Massachusetts Condos

Boston’s South End has recently made quite a strong statement for why it should be called the city’s most original and trendiest neighborhoods.  Over the last decade or two, as a direct result of its revitalization, many of its gorgeous Victorian brick row houses have been built into beautiful homes and condos.   The South End is actually the countries largest Victorian architectural district.  In addition to these lovely brownstones, several large condo buildings have been built, or are being built, offering a wide selection of South End condos.  Some of these projects include The Metropolitan, Laconia Lofts, and The Penmark.

The South End real estate market continues to blossom as more and more people discover all that this area can offer.  Every block seems to have its own collection of busy coffee shops, small markets, and an art gallery or two.  The South End is certainly known for having some of the cities best shopping boutiques and restaurants, which are littered along it’s three main streets; Tremont Street, Washington Street, and Columbus Avenue, respectively.
