Broadluxe

Broadluxe is an emerging entity on Boston’s luxury condo scene.  At 99-105 Broad Street, at the corner of Franklin, will soon be a 44-unit, 9-story, residential fixture of the Rose Kennedy Greenway.  As the Greenway becomes a suburban and commercial hub in Boston, Broadluxe will be one of its most attractive tenants.  Behind Broadluxe is Boston’s booming Financial District, and in front lays the Greenway, The Boston Harbor Hotel, and the Waterfront.  There are 14 different loft style and multiple shell floor plans to choose from, all of which display exposed brick and beams, white oak floors, and 10-12 ft. ceilings.  Broadluxe’s designers describe the building as combining “elements of original 19-century mercantile architecture with a stylish, new contemporary glass and steel addition".  Broadluxe condos are Boston’s new luxury living.
